What are the symptoms?
The most common sign of an ovarian endometrioma is pain or soreness in the pelvic. You may also notice the following symptoms:
- Periods that are very painful.
- Dyspareunia (pain during intercourse).
- Pain during peeing or pooping.
- I’m feeling the need to pee more.
- Back ache.
- Vomiting.
- Bloating.
- Nausea.
