Hyperthyroidism has numerous symptoms that can affect your entire body. Some of these symptoms may be present but not others, or many of them may be present at the same time. Hyperthyroidism symptoms can include:

  • Palpitations are rapid heartbeats.
  • Feeling jittery or uneasy.
  • Weight reduction.
  • Appetite stimulation.
  • Diarrhoea and increased frequency of bowel movements.
  • Changes in menstruation.
  • Heat intolerance and profuse sweating.
    Sleep problems.
